Justin Morgan

Justin Morgan, 44, is currently serving as the COO of Blaze Data Enterprises LLC, a recently created startup that is applying Big Data science to help dramatically grow selected small and medium-sized businesses. Mr. Morgan brings a wealth of knowledge in the CPG and Service market spaces from development to compliance and marketing to revenue generation.

Mr. Morgan was formerly the Vice President of Business Development at ProTechSure Scientific Inc. from 2014-2017, a startup on the CU Anschutz Medical Campus focused on the commercialization of technologies borne at the university in skincare markets. Mr. Morgan is responsible for the identification of new market spaces, development of new formulations for different applications, strategy to enter new markets, and regulatory compliance. From 2010 to joining ProTechSure, Mr. Morgan held the position of Chief Operating Officer at Ageless Aesthetics Inc, an importer, and distributor of luxury skincare brands from outside of the US. Aside from the overall management of the day-to-day operations of the company, Mr. Morgan focused on FDA compliance for both import requirements as well as US marketing. From 2007 to 2010 he held the position of Vice President of Operations and Research & Development at ZO Skin Health Inc. from the inception of the company, development of the products, and operational development to successfully launching the product in 57 countries by early 2010. From 2002 to 2007 Mr. Morgan was a consultant to the pharmaceutical and cosmeceutical consumer products industry. Prior to 2002, Mr. Morgan directed the medial salesforce of BioMedic Clinical Care as well as the sales team that launched the cosmetic brand Philosophy into Saks, Nordstrom, and Barneys, a brand that was subsequently purchased by The Carlyle Group and later sold to Coty for $1 billion.

Mr. Morgan earned a B.A. with Honors in Economics from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey. The main focus of his study in economics was focused on econometrics and statistical analysis.
