Personal:

Denver Native - Great Grandfather arrived in Colorado in 1859: his father arrived in Central City and Blackhawk in 1856 and his father was born in Denver in 1895.

On February 1, 1998, Judge Fullerton retired from the District Court bench and embarked upon a new career doing mediations and arbitrations.
