He is the North American Services Manager for a global mining company where he assists in adapting their management efforts to align their global businesses to common standards and processes for long-term cost savings.

He spent 20 years with the Denver-based Frontier Airlines in sales and marketing, leaving as Vice President of Advertising to join The Denver Post. At the Denver Post he directed marketing, research and public relations.

    Jerry McHugh, Jr. is passionate about the oil and gas industry and that passion is reflected by his work in the San Juan Basin. Jerry has been involved in the oil and gas business since 1976. His career started in his college years with summer jobs in the oil fields. Following graduation from Colorado College in 1980 his first job was working in the exploration department as a field landman for a dominant San Juan Basin independent oil and gas company, Dugan Production.

Upon his return he taught skiing at the Loveland Basin ski area and then joined Gyro Bob Butterly's National Graphics Company. As the tech industry boomed he joined Rocky Mountain Internet and Jato Communications.

    Erik spent nearly twenty five years with the City and County of Denver's Division of Arts and Venues. That division of the City owns and operates nine venues including the Red Rocks Amphitheatre. Erik was the Chief Marketing Officer for the division and is known as "Mr. Red Rocks."

    After graduating from CU Tom went to work for his father at Baker Electric Company which was established in 1935. The company sold, repaired, and rebuilt large electric motors, mining machinery, locomotives, pumps, and overhead cranes and hoists. Tom realized a need for sound, reliable testing equipment for testing electric motors and predicting potential critical failures. He began working with the U.S. Navy at Annapolis to develop a piece of testing equipment that was solid state and would fit through submarine hatches and perform reliable testing of equipment.
